Building the Creative Language for 70,000+ Employees

Led content design and voice & tone strategy for Meta's internal enterprise design system — the single creative foundation used across internal tools serving every employee. Scaled the Enterprise Content Design team from 5 to 10 ICs across 3–5 time zones, and established a net-new voice & tone framework that drove consistency across dozens of internal products.

Launched 20 design patterns that resulted in 97 product adoptions and 2,500+ Figma component insertions — a creative system so well-built that teams chose to use it, not because they had to.

Privacy Policy Redesign · Meta

Making Legal Language Human at Planetary Scale

Negotiated and delivered a landmark redesign of Meta's Privacy Policy — reducing the Flesch-Kincaid reading level from 15.1 to 8.5. This wasn't just a copy edit; it was a creative and strategic act: establishing a data-backed rationale for plain language over legalistic language through multivariate, multi-platform experimentation.

This work demonstrates the exact creative leadership Fisher-Price needs: the courage to champion clarity, the rigor to prove it works, and the executive influence to make it happen across a global organization.

Designed Meta Business Suite from zero — a centralized tool that unified business features across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp in a single mobile experience. Created the notification framework and login logic that became the foundation for Meta's Accounts Center, affecting billions of users.

At DraftKings, I built the company's first brand guide, style guide, and company values from scratch — giving a fast-growing startup a creative identity to grow into. Led the UK expansion in Q4 2015, navigating content compliance with legal counsel. Designed user flows from login through gameplay and transactions that drove DAU from 50,000 to 350,000 in a single year.
