I’m Laura Fariole, a leadership coach and consultant with 15+ years of corporate tech experience. My coaching focuses on developing new leaders with tangible skills, supporting parents navigating life’s big moments and career, and empowering business owners to build success aligned with values.
With 15+ years of corporate experience ranging from Big Tech to small startups and ad agencies, leading many sizes of organizations, and navigating complex environments, I bring a grounded sense of intuition and empathy as well as systems-minded expertise to my work.
